Maxx Rate : $63/hr on W2 & $110K Per Annum

Reporting and Working Relationships

• Reports to Director, Sr. Manager IT or Systems Manager Outlines a clear direction and objectives for his/her team, and effectively motivates them towards achieving important team goals.
• Infuses the architecture team with a common vision. Aligns and motivates the team to do their best work.
• Works enthusiastically with people in his/her own group and related groups to achieve team goals.
• Facilitates the team’s progress towards consensus. Draws out the various perspectives on the team, establishes alternatives, and leads the team in evaluating tradeoffs so that a decision emerges.
• Is willing and able to make credible decisions for the team when needed (there is insufficient time or the consensus process stalls).

• Technology – Has a thorough knowledge of the organizations’ products, relevant technologies and development processes.

• Identifies technology trends and creates scenarios to better understand their future impact.
• Create technical solutions that are clearly relevant to the customer, meet business needs, and contribute to the business strategy.
• Business Strategy – Demonstrates a solid understanding of the organization’s business strategy and the rationale behind it. Understands key factors in the business environment that affects the organization’s success and able to distill all these business factors into architectural requirements and architectural choices.
• Leads the creation of an architecture for a product/application Creates a “big-picture” view of the product design (conceptual architecture) Decomposes the system into components or modules, and specifies the components and their interfaces in precise, unambiguous and actionable terms. Sets technical priorities for the architecture.

• Hands-on with aggregation, workflows, tasks, rules and roles.
• Strong understanding of internal technicals of SailPoint IIQ
• Practical knowledge and experience with Identity Management technologies
• Understanding of Role Based Access Control, Governance and Access Certification in SailPoint
• Java/J2EE, xml, xhtml, JSF development skills
• Experience with SQL Databases
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Desired Skills:
• Experience with other IAM Product suite like Oracle, CA, Sun Identity Manager
• 5+ Years of experience working with IAM product suite
• Graduate in IT / Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree.

• Provides risk management enabling proactive decisions and actions to mitigate project scope, schedule and budget overages.
• Facilitates communication regarding project progress across key stakeholders and ensures timely attainment of project milestones.
• Prepares and presents regular project reports for management, clients or others.
• Facilitates communication regarding project progress to PMO Project Team and ensures timely attainment of project milestones.
• Required Skills:
• Current and strong knowledge of LVC technology with recent experience planning and managing LVC implementations in medium to large healthcare facilities.
• Able to read and mark up floor plans for distribution and coordination with other trades and supporting groups such as LVC, electrical and engineering vendors and hospital departments.
• Knowledge of networking, with ability to survey existing communications rooms determining availability of network services, determining gaps and working with network engineering developing and implementing solutions.
• Recent experience working projects with construction management where premise distribution systems are implemented in healthcare environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field, required and PMP Certification, preferred.

• They are migrating from Hyperion 11 to OBIEE over the next 2 years. First year (starting July-June) we have the challenge of maintaining our staff’s current inventory of Hyperion reports and concurrently working with IT to build a new data warehouse.
• We have been doing some limited dashboard/report design work in OBI as prototypes and will continue to do so over this year. Second year we will be providing ad-hoc support to staff in Hyperion, but the major focus should be migrating existing reports to OBIEE (dashboards, publisher).
• This contractor will be collocated with our existing reporting team, but the contractor would fill the role of business analyst(collecting requirements), SQL writer (converting requirements for RPD/ETL work), Testing (confirming destination equals source), and design consultant (bring fresh ideas on data visualization).
• The reporting team would be the subject matter experts on the data whereas the contractor is experienced specifically with the process of conversions to OBIEE and creating data warehouses.
• Experience moving from Hyperion EPM 11 to OBIEE 11g
• Experience with OBIEE Analytics, Dashboards, and BI Publisher (front-end tools)
• SQL experience- proficiency with complex joins, transformations and scripts to do data validation and reporting
• Their environment is Oracle 11g
• This role will emphasize on the report analysis/development side as this person would be part of the business team, not ITG. Specifically, you won’t need an RPD developer or ETL developer, but certainly someone who understands how to build analyses, dashboards, metrics, and visualizations.
