Day-to-Day based on phase of project:
Gathering requirements, determining what they are and how the system works. Understanding the statements work and then performing the consolidations & doing the design.

Role:
· The PeopleSoft Business Analyst will gather user requirements and business objectives, propose configurations and processes as needed, identify and work to mitigate risks, and will work with the Order to Cash team to translate requirements into a functional design for project delivery.
· This role will collaborate with the Finance IT Department, Planning and budgeting team, Front Office IT application teams, business stakeholders, and the development team to define and confirm requirements and designs.

The Business Analyst will need to manage the effort required to complete assigned tasks, as well as provide status updates to the project manager.

Responsibility:
· Integrate the use of client’s project development lifecycle into project delivery.
· Facilitate requirements gathering sessions/workshops with multiple stakeholders.
· Gather/document/confirm business processes and requirements.
· Conduct gap analysis against requirements to determine modifications required
· Develop configuration documents and functional designs for report, interface, conversion, extension, form and workflow modifications.
· Develop test scripts and related documents.
· Document/consolidate/distribute meeting minutes accordingly.
· Perform related duties as assigned or requested.
· Must manage time and effort in order to meet project deadlines.

Deliverables:
· As-Is and To-Be Business Process Flows
· Business Requirement Documentation
· Functional Designs
· Test Scripts and related documents
