HIRING RPG Developers:

Job Description : 

Ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of web UI development, focused specifically on Styling (CSS/HTML5). Candidate will have extensive experience with the design and development of web based applications.

Candidate must have excellent time management and communication skills as they will need to communicate with both a technical and non-technical audience.

Candidate must have proven experience dealing directly and successfully with individuals outside of the technology organization. Candidate also must have willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong, proven experience in CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript and client-side best practices

Proficient in Responsive Web Design and other mobile development best practices

Experience with Agile practices (Scrum Methodology)

Experience in Java Development

Proficient with source-control tools and practices

Experience with design and architecture documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to take leadership in proposing, researching and implementing creative technology solutions

Become a recognized subject matter expert within their fields of expertise

Work with other departments to ensure high quality and timely delivery

Stay current with emerging technologies and techniques

Perform code reviews; developing and adhering to coding standards
